LARGE PARTY REQUIREMENTS
Before a reservation can be made a credit card must be on file for parties greater than 20.
All parties of 6 or more will have an automatic 18% gratuity added to each tab. All parties of 20 or more will have a per person food and drink minimum before reserving a section in the lounge or restaurant.
LOUNGE AND BOOTH RESERVATIONS
Before a reservation can be made a credit card must be on file to reserve a booth or private party.
Each booth section in the lounge has an individual reservation requirement which includes a complimentary bottle service (Sponsored by Ketel One) and a round of appetizers for up to 6 guests.
For fully private events in the lounge guests have the option to select a standard bar minimum or they can utilize our VIP Package which includes: full private use of the lounge, bottle service for 3 sections (Sponsored by Ketel One), an open bar tab of up to a certain amount (Liquor Only), a personal DJ as entertainment, a customized complimentary menu for guests (3 to 5 Options), and personal bartenders (2) and servers (2).
Happy Hour parties (From 3PM to 7PM on Monday to Friday) in the lounge including food service can be booked with a minimum per person requirement. The Fin’s lounge is an intimate and perfect venue for a tasting as well. Guests can enjoy delicious wines, artisan cheeses, fruits, and some of our house made specialties.
PRIVATE DINING EXPERIENCE
Before a reservation can be made a credit card must be on file for all full space rentals.
The Dining Experience package includes all of the following benefits: a customized 3 or 4 course dinner: salad or soup, entrée, and dessert, complimentary wine and beer service, complimentary open bar in the lounge with featured cocktails (A vodka, rum, and tequila), bartenders (3) and servers (4), and DJ or band as entertainment.
For the full private use of the restaurant for 4.5 hours (2.5 hours for dinner and 2 hours for after party). This package includes all tables and decorations, cleaning, gratuity, and food and beverage service. This package can be upgraded to include a 1 hour opening reception on the front patio for guests with 3 hors d’oeuvre options and open bar.
ENTERTAINMENT
Fins’ house system is designed to offer ambiance and background music for all general parties. Our house music is selected through our Direct TV music stations or via our IPod. Our IPod has Top 40’s and Pandora.
Fins does have DJ capabilities in the lounge with two wall speaker units that can easily fill the room with music. All DJ’s and bands are subject to the standards set by Fins regarding music and noise level. DJ’s are not required to bringing in speakers; they’re allowed to plug into our mixer/soundboard. Bands are advised to bring in their own sound and amplification equipment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If a cancellation is required it must be made at least 15 business days in advance of the event. If a
cancellation is made any later, the host will be charged 20% of their event. If a client must reschedule it must be made at least 10 business days in advance. If a rescheduling is made any later, the client will be charged a $150.00 rescheduling fee.
SCHEDULING
Events include 4 hours of rental time, 1 hour setup, and 1 hour for breakdown. Additional time will be assessed with a $75.00 per hour fee. If more time is needed please alert the manager. ALL EVENTS MUST END BY 2AM. Fin’s is not liable for any items left within our space.
STAFFING
If there will be drinks served during your event at least 1 bartender is required. If there will be food served during your event at least 1 server is required. During buffet style events a Chef Attendant will scheduled to monitor and replenish food items. All personnel are scheduled for a 4 hour time period.
